Free use of all means of public transport in Alto Adige
With the "South of South Tyrol" guest card, your stay will be more relaxed. You can use all public transport - bus, train and some cable cars - and discover the beauty of South Tyrol comfortably, without a car. The guest card also offers numerous discounts on cultural, sports and leisure activities.

Breakfast & dinner
Breakfast from 7.15 a.m. to 10.15 a.m., dinner at 7 p.m.
Sauna & swimming pool
We can turn on the Finnish log sauna on request. From 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Just let us know an hour in advance. The swimming pool opens from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m.. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Smoking
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke in the garden or on the balcony.
Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
- No fees apply up to 21 days before arrival
- 14 days to 1 day before arrival, fees of 60% of the total booked amount apply
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked days not used apply.
Cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
